NEW ZEALAND: Please allow for 3 -5 working days on receiving your merchandise.

REST OF THE WORLD: Please allow for at least 10 working days on receiving your merchandise.
Return Policy

If you are unhappy and would like to return the merchandise, please return to the following address:

Your merchandise will come with a paper asking for the reasons for your return. Please tick one of the boxes or explain.

You cannot return the merchandise if it is:

1. After 30 days of purchasing the merchandise
2. The merchandise must be in original condition - we do not accept merchandise that is damaged, broken or if the merchandise has been lost.


- Return the merchandise in original condition to the above returns address and fill the returns sheet provided. The returns sheet will also ask for your bank account number as well as your email.
- The merchandise will be inspected.
- Upon the merchandise being found in original condition we will email you of the inspection and the money will be promptly returned to your bank account.


- We pride ourselves on quality merchandise. Please fill out the provided returns sheets as to why it is faulty.
